Registration Fees

All registration fees are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD). To view the current foreign exchange rates, please click here.

*A student is defined as a holder of a student identification card from a recognised tertiary or secondary educational institution or a holder of an international student card. Students must be studying full time to qualify for the discounted rate. A copy of your student identification card must be provided at the time of registration. Without this copy, the full registration fee will be charged.

Payment Policy

It is a condition of registration that full payment is received at the time of registration. Invoice only option will be granted on an as required basis subject to approval by the organising committee. To request an invoice option email events@encanta.com.au

Payments can be made via the following methods:

Credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, AMEX

Bank transfer: (Australian delegates only.) Bank details will be supplied on your tax invoice if requested. Please email a remittance advice to remittance@encanta.com.au.

Cancellation Policy

Notice of cancellation and requests for a refund, by individuals or groups, must be received in writing by email to Encanta Event Management, events@encanta.com.au

The following cancellation charges apply:

• Cancellations received on or prior to 5 October 2022:
  Full Refund less a $150.00 per person administration fee.
• Cancellations received on and between 6 October 2022 – 04 November 2022:
  75% refund less a $150.00 administration fee.
• Cancellation received on and after 3 November 2022:
  No refund.

(Application for refund will be considered under exceptional circumstances)

No refund will be granted for failure to attend/no show.

As an alternative to cancellation, your registration, and additional items, such as tours, social events,  may be transferred to another delegate without penalty.

In the unlikely event of the program being cancelled by the Organiser, a full refund will be made, less administration fee. Liability will be limited to the amount of the fee paid by the delegate and there will not be any additional liability to the Organiser, event hosts or any other individual associated with the event organisation. We shall not be liable to you for travel, accommodation or other costs and expenses incurred if we are required to cancel or relocate the event.

Cancellation Due to Travel Restrictions
Where the participant cancels due to travel restrictions other than vaccination or testing requirements, the participant will be contacted and offered a refund or a credit, where such an offer is at the discretion of the organiser. The organiser reserves the right to withhold some monies to cover administrative expenses and other losses, dependent on when notice of cancellation is given by the participant.

Visa information

All visitors to Australia must have a valid visa to travel to and enter Australia (other than New Zealand passport holders who will normally be granted a Special Category visa on arrival). It is your responsibility to ensure documentation is correct and completed before you commence your journey. Delegates must register and complete full payment for the event before lodging their visa application.

Before lodging an application, you should determine which visa you should apply for. The Australian Government Department of Home Affairs “Find a Visa” tool has the latest information on applying for a visa to visit Australia.

Letter of Invitation

The Event Managers can provide invitation letters to those who require it for visas or other necessary processes. However, this letter aims to only assist participants for their travel to Australia and does not imply any commitment from the Organising Committee to provide financial support. Please contact the Event Managers should you require assistance with this.

Please note that that a visa letter cannot be issued until full payment for a conference registration is completed and the Organising Committee cannot complete a visa application on your behalf.

Translating and Interpreting Service

The Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS National) is a service provided by the Australian Government Department of Home Affairs for people who do not speak English. If you need an interpreter, call TIS National on +613 9268 8332. For more information, see TIS National.
